Future love

I’m reaching out my hand to you, with faithfulness / For all I do is walk upon the path of our salvation

We don’t know yet just what we’ll share, what bond of love / But I’m aware of years of invocation

God knows perhaps what cross we’ll bear, to grow our strength / To be sincere through all this desperation

Yet blessed am I to know the truth, and gratefulness / Since me and you have battled rightful patience
